And not just the beautiful Spring flowers!  We have made so many changes and additions at the Interlaken property already this Spring, and I thought I’d share some of those with you! 

One of my favorite additions to our property this season are the new cedar swings located at our beautiful lakefront.  Perfectly made for two, I think, with a fabulous view of the deepest lake in Connecticut.   Neighboring these wonderful swings very soon will be new chaise lounges, perfectly comfortable for relaxing lakeside for the afternoon while your kids swim in the lake.

Our new 32″ LCD TV’s are in place now in our main building, in Countryside and in our Sunnyside building.  Our Townhouse rooms are sporting new fluffy white duvets, while Woodside has become our only pet friendly accommodation available on property.  Our new posh pet beds have been well received by all of the pups that have visited us recently!

Onto the wedding and banquet end of things:  say good-bye to the white chair covers and say hello to a beautiful gold chair to keep you and your Guests comfortable for the duration of your wedding reception or other celebrated event.  These chairs add such a touch of elegance while remaining neutral enough to go with any way you choose to decorate the space.  I’ll be blogging about weddings quite often this season, so keep checking back for some great pictures and details of each wonderful event!

ELLORA Spa, Sanctuary and Pilates is moving ahead as scheduled, as they are adding one more massage room and one more facial room as well as a Pilates studio in our Countryside building.  Won’t it be great to get away yet still start your day right with a Pilates class?!  I’ll fill you in with  more details as opening day gets closer!
