What We Are About (Biz Profile):

I believe in you until you can believe in yourself. I LOVE working with 'beginners' people who want to get started working out but don't know how to get started or where to begin. I love working with people who want to start enjoying a healthier more active life in a non threatening supportive environment.

I help people to Rediscover Recess so that they can have more fun in their lives everyday.

I hold an AAS as a Fitness Specialist/ Personal Trainer as well as multiple National certifications which include American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), National Strength and Conditioning Association (NSCA), Aquatice Exercise Association (AEA), American Counsel on Exercise (ACE) and Wellcoaches Corporation which is affiliated with ACSM.

I have over 19 years of experience in various areas of fitness ~ as both a competitive and recreational athlete, a fitness and wellness coach, a group exercise instructor, a personal trainer and a motivational speaker.

Our Products/Services:

Through my health and wellness coaching I help inactive people become active so that they can enjoy life more AND enjoy more life. Using the tools of both a certified Personal Trainer and Wellness Coach I am able to help individuals find their inner athlete then invite that athlete to come out to play in a safe welcoming environment. I work with clients in person at my private training studio that is fully equipped with state of the art fitness equipment and located in a private park like setting in North Bellevue, WA.

I also offer clients the ability to work with me virtually through two different programs one I call eTraining and the other is Club Wuhoo. Club Wuhoo offers individuals the support of a community of like minded people as well as numerous tools to help them be successful on their journey to greater health and fitness. While eTraining offers people the opportunity to work with a personal trainer in the privacy of their own home at a price that most everyone can afford.
