Shaping Your Future was developed to help people discover how easy it is to lose weight, safely and permanently. As a registered dietitian and diet coach I help you make small changes each week. Over time you establish new habits so you eat healthier and live healthier. You get to your ideal weight and you stay there, never having to go on a diet again! I can work with you in a group or as an individual. Most sessions are conducted by telephone so you never have to leave your home or office.
